Basic weigh-ins start from $100. Caravans aren’t the only thing we weigh, we weigh tow vehicles, trailers, boats, horse floats. If it’s on wheels and under 8 tonnes, we’ll weigh it.

Pricing
Our basic weigh service starts at $100 for single vehicles. For vehicles towing a caravan or trailer, pricing starts from $150.
Because every setup is different, pricing may vary depending on your needs, the type of vehicle or trailer, and call-out distance.
South Island based service.
Weigh Safe is a mobile weighing service, so we come to you. We’re based in Timaru and regularly service Christchurch, with trips throughout the wider South Island.
Main centres we service across the South Island include:
Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin, Invercargill, Queenstown, Wanaka, Nelson, Blenheim, Ashburton, Oamaru, Rolleston, Rangiora, and Greymouth.
We do travel between centres and are happy to visit other locations across the South Island by arrangement, just get in touch to check availability.
